Brugse Zot Blonde Unfiltered is a light unfiltered beer, brewed at De Halve Maan brewery, the last remaining active brewery in the center of Bruges. This is a truly amazing feat that this beer can be kegged for the U.S. Typically, the unfiltered is only served in the brewery itself, where it is being tapped directly from the tanks. The brewery tavern is the only place in the world where you could enjoy this unique beer. The beer is aged for at least 8 weeks at the historical brewery. A light cloudiness gives the beer a slightly different appearance. The beer has a fruity and elegant body derived from the special house yeasts. Since the beer is unfiltered it has more yeasty flavors, which finishes with a gentle bitterness. The spiciness comes from a conservative use of the aromatic hops. Brugse Zot Blonde Unfiltered is a thirst quenching beer, traditionally brewed and with a clean dry aftertaste.
