The Ohio Liquor Control Board refused to accept the Petrus Winter Ale, because the picture of Petrus resembles Santa Claus too much, and they don’t want to see any picture of Santa Claus on a beer bottle label. Why? To protect the children!
In their opinion, children may want to buy the Petrus Winter Ale because of that picture.
I thought, children were not allowed (sadly enough) to buy beer in the USA.
