Peche Lambica

Makes 4 servings:
- a half pound peaches
- two tablespoons honey
- one bottle Cherish Peach Lambic 8.4 oz.
- Vanilla ice cream, or Vanilla Sorbet

 

How to prepare:
Make sure the bottle of Cherish Peach Lambic was cooled in the fridge. Peel the peaches and cut them in pieces. Set 12 small pieces aside, and put the rest of the peaches into the blender, and add the honey. Blend to puree.

Serve:
Fill the bottom of 4 Cherish glasses with the peach puree. Add 2 or 3 scoops of ice cream, and divide the bottle of Cherish Peach Lambic over the 4 glasses. Add a few pieces of peach to garnish.
