Mussels with Wittekerke Wit

Beer Used: 

For 4 people:

1/2 celery
1 big onion
1 shallot
1/2 bundle of parsley
8 pounds of mussels
1 bottle of Wittekerke beer
Lemon juice

How to prepare:
1. Thinly slice all vegetables. Mince the parsley together with its stalks.
2. Sauté the vegetables in the butter until they are translucent.
3. Add the mussels and top with beer and lemon juice. Add some curry.
4. Shake vigorously.
5. Let the mussels cook for 10 to 15 minutes under cover.
6. Serve with some bread.
