Prep Time: 5 Minutes
Freeze Time: 4 hrs
Serves: 8

1.) Combine Beer, Simple Syrup, Juice and Zest into a pitcher and stir till ingredients are mixed well.

2.) Churn in ice cream maker for 10 minutes

3.) Pour mixture into a freezer friendly vessels and press the surface with wax paper.

4.) Freeze for a minimum of 4 hours

5.) Remove from freezer, scoop and serve.
