COCKTAILS

STIEGL 75
Ingredients: 1 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice, 1/2 oz. Simple Syrup, 3 oz. Gin , 6 oz. Stiegl Zitrone Radler

Instructions:  Add Lemon Juice, Simple Syrup and Gin into a cocktail shaker and fill with 3-4 ice cubes – Shake until chilled and strain into two Champagne flutes – Top with additional Stiegl Zitrone Radler Garnish: Twist of lemon peel

STIEGL RADLER WITH VODKA
Ingredients: 1.5 oz. of Vodka, 8 oz. Stiegl Grapefruit Radler, Club Soda or Seltzer

Instructions: Fill a pint glass with 3-4 cubes of ice our Vodka and Stiegl Grapefruit Radler and mix with a cocktail spoon. Top with club soda or seltzer if desired Garnish: Slice of grapefruit or Lemon.

STIEGL RASPBERRY DAQUIRI
Ingredients: Sugar for rim, Lime Wedges, 4-5 fresh Raspberries, 1 oz. Lime Juice, 2 oz. white Rum, 4 oz. Stiegl Himbeere Radler

Instructions: Fill a shallow bowl with sugar. Rub lime wedge around the rim of your glassware and dip into sugar. In mixing glass muddle raspberries with lime juice. Add white rum and mix with ice. Pour over 4 oz of Stiegl Himbeere Radler or enough to fill your glass. Garnish: With a lime wedge and a few fresh raspberries at the bottom of your glass.

STIEGL PALOMA
Ingredients: 2 oz. Tequila (Reposado or Blanco), 1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice, 6 oz. of Stiegl Grapefruit Radler

Instructions: Fill a shallow bowl with salt. Rub lime wedge around the rim of your glassware and dip into salt. Fill glass with 4-5 ice cubes and pour over Tequila, lime Juice and Stiegl Grapefruit Radler. Gently stir the ingredients to chill and meld flavors. Top with additional Stiegl Grapefruit Radler to fill glass Garnish: Salt, wedges of lime or slices of grapefruit.

Note: This cocktail can be served in many types of stemless glassware. We prefer a mason jar, but a Collins, Old fashioned glass or even a beer glass is great too!

STIEGL RADLER & MEZCAL
Ingredients: 1.5 oz of Mezcal, 8 oz Stiegl Grapefruit Radler, Club Soda or Seltzer

Instructions: Wet rim of pint glass and dip into bowl of Tajin Classico Seasoning (about 3 Tablespoons for 3 glasses). Fill a pint glass with 3-4 cubes of ice. Pour vodka and Stiegl Grapefruit Radler and mix with a cocktail spoon. Top with club soda or seltzer if desired and garnish Garnish: Tajín Clássic seasoning, Slice of grapefruit or lemon.

MOCKTAILS

SALZBURG SUNRISE
Ingredients: (1) 12 oz. can of Stiegl Zitrone N-A, 4 oz. orange juice, .5 oz cranberry juice (for the “sunrise” effect), Ice cubes. Orange slices for garnish.

Instructions:  Fill a glass with ice cubes. Pour the Stiegl Zitrone N-A into the glass. Slowly pour in the orange juice, allowing it to mix naturally with the Stiegl Zitrone N-A Drizzle cranberry juice gently into the drink. It will sink and create a layered “sunrise” effect. Garnish with an orange slice.

ALPINE BREEZE
Ingredients: (1) 12 oz. can of Stiegl Zitrone N-A, 5-6 fresh Mint leaves, 1 tsp. Lime Juice, 1 tsp. Honey or Simple Syrup (optional), Ice cubes, Lime wedges and Mint sprigs for garnish.

Instructions:  Muddle the Mint leaves with Lime Juice and Honey/Simple Syrup at the bottom of the glass. Add Ice cubes to the glass. Pour Stigle Zitrone N-A over the ice and Mint mixture. Stir gently and garnish with a Lime wedge and Mint sprig.

STIEGL SPRITZ
Ingredients: (1) 12 oz. can of Stiegl Zitrone N-A, .25 oz fresh grated Ginger (or Ginger syrup), .25oz. Honey (optional), 4 oz. Ginger Beer, Ice cubes, Lemon slices and a thin Ginger slice for garnish.

Instructions:  Grate fresh Ginger and add it to a glass (or use Ginger syrup for a smoother flavor). Add Honey if you’d like a touch of sweetness. Fill glass with ice cubes and pour Stiegle Zitrone N-A over it. Top with Ginger Beer for a fizzy, slightly spicy kick. Garnish with a Lemon slice and a thin slice of fresh Ginger.
